Synergy considers its Quality Assurance Procedures as mission critical to our customers and ensures we deliver a quality service. The linen services that Synergy provides are based on this system and we are able to provide reliable, up to date information about every aspect of our business for our customers.

We are fully compliant with the Department of Health's HTM policies listed below:

  • HTM 01-04 policy and guidance on the decontamination of linen for health and social care.

  • HTM 01-01 Management and decontamination of surgical instruments (medical devices) used in acute care.
